Today it is going to be sunny and a high of 67! We're going to go for a walk and maybe run to Old Navy to check out their spring line! Mommy (and Lucy) are ready for spring dress and skirt weather!!! I've been browsing on-line and found some cute dresses…
Dress for Miss Lucy!

Dress for Mommy!

*In other exciting news, Daddy bought Mommy a small point and shoot camera to carry in the diaper bag! As many of you know we do have a wonderful and LARGE camera but it is not something I can carry on little outings with Lucy. I'll try out my new camera today and share pictures :)
***UPDATE***
Lucy chilling on our bed, showing off her new pacifier skill!
A quick photoshoot in her cute purple bubble before running errands!
"Yes, I am holding my neck up because I am so excited to look at Mommy and Daddy's ceiling fan!" :)
"Okay Mom, enough of this…let's go shopping!"
My little trooper sleeping while running errands!
When we got back Lucy rocked out in the sling so I could update the blog and have lunch. The baby carriers and slings are a life saver!
Is this the same baby that weighed only 6 lbs. and 2 oz. at birth? Look at those cheeks and those cute, chubby fingers!!!

Yay for shopping! Yay for sunshine! Yay for spring! Yay for point-and-shoot (we bought our cameras in the other order, but I never left home without my point-and-shoot in the diaper bag!)! Looking forward to seeing you all for my birthday weekend. :)
Fatty fatty 2 by 4...our baby is certainly growing. Crack me up. I bought her some spring outfits in size 3 mos. just to accomodate her new weight. haha
Not to scare you, but I just watched a story on 10TV about slings and little ones that you should check out...just to be safe! Of course I cant find the story on their website, but watch the news tonight for their warning
Frannie, I just love your silk sling! It is beautiful, I remember you and Jules buying it. And your little purple Lucy is so darn cute, every week. Have fun in the sun! Ashley
Yes Megan I looked into the sling warning as soon as I heard about it. It refers to the "bag-like" carriers that put babies in the "C" shape position, restricting their breathing. Luckily the one I bought is not this type! Thanks for the info!
You SERIOUSLY need to enjoy this phase while she cannot move about or run between racks at stores...it seems like this phase went so fast and then I had a crazy running man on my hands!! Enjoy, I loved the baby slings too, so easy to do stuff and hold the baby:)
