In true toddler fashion, Eddie had a brief meltdown when he couldn't open his candy right away.
(The injustice!)
Things were great once the chocolate was open...
"Oh, Daddy! This is the best Easter ever!"
(Lucy just couldn't believe all the surprises and fun. 4 year olds are pretty awesome!)
And Eddie thought the candy was just amazing...
New rain boots and new buckets....it was time for the EASTER EGG HUNT outside!
They're off!
The Easter Bunny left colorful eggs for Lucy and sport-themed eggs for Eddie. It was just perfect and they only picked "their" eggs during the hunt. Lucy LOVED helping Eddie find his eggs!

Do you think we will ever have green trees and grass! The Easter morning blog is amazing - and I think Eddie is right - don't give me chocolate and say WAIT to eat it. ha. Love my babies.
