Lucy at 2 1/2 Years Old!

Miss Lucy,

You are getting so big.  You amaze us each and every day with the things you are saying and doing.  Everything around you sparks your curiosity and you are like a little sponge, just taking it all in! You can ask for anything you would like.  You can repeat any phrase or song you hear.  And your coordination continues to grow.  There isn't a physical activity you aren't willing to try! :)

And to top it all off - you are just so beautiful!

Lucy Josephine you are the cutest 2.5 year old around!  We love you so much.

10 Weeks Old

Happy 10 Weeks!

Eddie, you are getting so big!

You are smiling and cooing more and more each day.



You are obsessed with your sister! You love to watch her and listen to her talk and sing. (Lucy just woke up from her nap and joined your photo shoot!)


And she loves every second of it.  She loves on you a lot.


You put up with her right in your face.

9 Weeks!

Happy 9 Weeks Big Guy!


You are getting so strong! We can't believe how well you can hold your head up.



You get tired quickly. It is hard holding your head up.



You are our happy brown-eyed boy!  We love you so much.




Eddie has gotten into a great little schedule lately.  He nurses every 3 hours and normally takes a nap between every feeding. Nights are on and off...occasionally just 1 feeding.  But sometimes every 3 hours.  He is still so little and growing so much.  We are starting to get more and more awake time during the day and most of that is spent watching his sister!  He loves Lucy so much.


And she adores him.  If she doesn't see him, she will instantly ask 'Where is baby brother?"  As soon as she wakes up she will always ask this. She calls him "Baby Brother" most often but occasionally we will get an Eddie.."Deddie!" She is starting to think he is pretty great.  Just wait until he can move around more...

They are so lucky to have each other!

2 Month Dr. Appt!

Eddie has his 2 month check-up on July 12th!  And we have one healthy, growing little baby boy! We are blessed.

Head circumference: 16 in (70%)
Length: 24 in (90%)......wow!
Weigth: 12lbs. 2 oz. (60%)

Vacation to Boyne City, Michigan with the Ehrmins

Over July 4th week we traveled to Up North!  Boyne City, Michigan was just beautiful and the weather was great.  We had a nice week with the Ehrmin family.

We stayed enjoyed watching their July Fourth Parade!

Eddie enjoyed laying in the shade at the edge of the lake.


We also ventured to Mackinaw Island!  It was a fun day but hot day!


I think the girls enjoyed the ferry ride the most.







We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the warm lake water!





It was a great little vacation!  We would love to go back UP NORTH again soon.  It is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation.
