Nutcracker Ballet!

Lucy and I also squeezed in a visit to the Midland Theatre for the Nutcracker Ballet!


We loved the show and enjoyed getting dressed up for a Mommy/Daughter Date!


Although,  someone was a bit tired after a fun Thanksgiving week and took a nap on the car ride home.


Phew, that was a fun, busy, and awesome Thanksgiving week!!!

Cutting Down Our Christmas Tree!

Lucy and Eddie had talked for days and days about going to the christmas tree farm again.  There fondest memory being the "cool school bus!"

So off to Timbuk Farms again for our Christmas Tree Farm Adventure 2014!

It began with the "famous" bus ride!



Then the search for the perfect tree!




Lucy found a tree just her size!


Then we found THE TREE! We were too excited to notice it was 12 feet tall and almost 6 feet wide ;)




What an adventure at the tree farm...


We finally got it atop our car but it was a bit....LARGE!



Timbuk doesn't miss a beat.  We enjoyed hot chocolate, donuts and a VISIT WITH SANTA inside!


(Eddie was a bit shy, but willing.  Lucy preferred to stay far away from Santa!)

Thanksgiving and A Visit To Perrysburg!

We spent our Thanksgiving break in Perrysburg visiting with family.  Lucy and Eddie enjoyed a nice, relaxing visit with their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The dance party in the Burrow's new addition on the last night may have been the most fun of all!

An Early November Snow!

We were lucky to get an unexpected snow in November.  Lucky to get enough for a SNOW DAY!!!



Eddie couldn't believe his eyes and wanted to go out and play in the snow at 7:00am.  I made them wait until 8!





They had so much fun and for hours.  It was a mild day and we weren't even cold playing outside!


Snow Angels we hard to make in the quick melting snow.


What a beautiful first snow!


And that evening....another haircut for my baby boy!  His hair grows so fast.

A Great November!

This month began with fun!
