Bye, Bye Boopers!

This summer Eddie said "goodbye" to his boopers!  We talked about it for several days and Lucy told him all about the awesome Booper Fairy!  "She takes your boopers to another little baby" Lucy told him.

Mommy had to do a little photoshoot with the boopers one last time...

Oh, Eddie, I think mommy was more sad to see your boopers go than you.....the innocence is so special!


Time to gather them in a bag and put them outside for the "fairy!"





Eddie also had his hesitations.


But, it always helps to have big sissy there to cheer you on!

Eddie did great and hasn't looked back!  He skipped that day's nap but has slept great ever since.  We are proud of you Eddie, but STOP GROWING UP!

Perrysburg Visit!

The summer time is always fun for frequent visits to Perrysburg!  Lucy and Eddie adore seeing their grandparents and all their other family, too.  They are lucky to have family so close!

Peshke Family Reunion at Devil's Lake!









The kids adored the beach, the warm lake water, and the fun boat ride.  It was wonderful to catch up with family. XOXO to Grandma Peshke for hosting this event!

Oglebay Part #2

Feeding the birds at The Good Zoo was a hit!






Eddie dove right in.  No fear there!  Lucy was a little more cautious...

We are currently in the "if I smile, I need to close my eyes" stage!

Up the hill was an amazing candy shop, beautiful gardens, and fountains.  (Please note the difference between Eddie toss in the fountain and Lucy's!)

The playground near the lodge was great for Lucy and Eddie!



We miss Oglebay already.  We hope to visit again soon!
